2010 JFL Season Sign-up Form

 

The WLJFL is dedicated to the teaching of football and sportsmanship to the youth of the Warrensburg/Latham School district.  It is our goal not only to improve participant’s skills in football, but also teach perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication and respect for authority.  The below form needs to be filled out with a check or cash for the amount of fees required for the season and/or camp.  Checks can be made out to WLFJL.  The release of liability form must also be signed and turned in or mailed in.  The release of liability form can be downloaded from wljfl.org.  Mail both forms to PO Box address below or bring them to the designated sign-up date and location.  Again this year we will be supporting the WLJFL with a raffle ticket fundraiser and the options for participation in that fundraiser in lieu of fees is detailed below.   Participation in the fundraiser requires each athlete to sell 4 booklets of 5 tickets each.  Tickets are sold individually for $5 or in a booklet for $20.  All proceeds are required to be turned into your Head Coach by August 12th.  If an athlete is able to get a sponsor for the WLJFL of $200.00 all fees for the camp and the season will be waived.  (For a list of sponsor benefits, view wljfl.org under sponsors)

WLJFL Camp Sign-up 

The WLJFL Camp helps the athlete prepare for the 2010 season.  The JFL camp is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.  Each athlete will receive hands on instruction form the WLHS Football Coaching staff and will also receive a t-shirt for participating.
